Provides legal counselling to companies which’s core businesses are commercial, service and industrial activities, focusing on Labour, Civil and Administrative law.

It carries out a contentious activity in labour and administrative matters. It represents and advises clients in negotiation and resolution of individual and collective labour conflicts.

He has an intense practice in design and implementation of restructuring, litigation and collective labour negotiations, including as a representative of the employer sector in negotiations at the Wages Council.

Career

Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, School of Law of the University of the Republic (2014).

He has attended numerous courses and seminars on labour law organized by the University of the Republic, Catholic University of Uruguay and La Ley Uruguay.

During the years 2014 to 2020 he worked as a Senior Lawyer at Ferrere Law Firm where he provided advice on labor and social security issues to national and international companies

Co-author of the book "Leyes de Tercerización" (Editorial La Ley, 2016).

Co-author of the book "Despido por notoria mal conducta" (Editorial La Ley, 2020).
