Massimiliano Nitti

Massimiliano is considered as a trusted advisor by many of the corporate and PE clients that he regularly advises for various strategic matters of corporate finance regarding both listed and privately-held companies. As an M&A specialist, he has represented institutional clients in a variety of deals in various industrial sectors. Over the years, he also has gained an impressive experience in complex corporate and post-M&A litigation and arbitration proceedings both in Italy and abroad.

Massimiliano Nitti joined the Firm in 1998 and became a Partner in 2010. Since 2024 Co-Head of the "Private M&A" Practice Area. In 2002 and 2003 he was a Foreign Associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York and previously a Visiting Foreign Lawyer with Gide Loyrette Nouel, Association d'Avocats in Paris.
