Before joining Linklaters, Massimiliano was Co-Head of the Private M&A practice and Managing Partner of the London office at Chiomenti, and previously gained experience at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris.

He is recognised as a Leading Partner in Corporate, M&A and Private Equity. His leadership has been instrumental in developing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across departments to deliver consistently high-quality, business-focused advice.
