Career
Massimiliano Nitti joined Linklaters in 2025 as head of the Italian corporate department. Beforehand, he was Co-Head of the Private M&A practice and Managing Partner of the London office at Chiomenti, and gained experience as a Foreign Associate, in 2002 and 2003, with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York and previously as a Visiting Foreign Lawyer with Gide Loyrette Nouel, Association d'Avocats in Paris. His leadership has been instrumental in developing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across departments to deliver consistently high-quality, business-focused advice.
