Ettore Consalvi is a partner in the Banking & Finance department. He has significant experience in restructuring and insolvency, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance and general lending transactions. He has also an extensive experience in UTP/NPL disposal transactions in respect of both portfolios and single names. He regularly advises financial sponsors, principal investors and lenders both in the Italian market and in cross-border transactions.
