Mary Lu Noah is a Member of Stites & Harbison in the Real Estate, Banking & Finance Service Group. Her practice primarily involves representing borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, term loan and revolving credit facilities, asset based secured financings and government guaranteed loans under the SBA 7(a) and 504 programs.

Mary Lu also represents developers, investors and owners in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property. She works closely with businesses to ensure compliance with environmental laws, including advising clients on brownfields redevelopment and wetlands mitigation and assisting with the federal and state permitting process.
