Martin advises and represents clients in German and European competition law. His practice encompasses merger control, cartel fine proceedings, civil antitrust litigation and compliance measures. Martin has a focus on the energy sector. Additionally, he has special insight and knowledge in EU law and public international law (investment arbitration, trade).
