Martin advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, especially works constitution, collective bargaining, restructuring and outsourcing. Company pensions are a main focus. He also advises clients on matters regarding the professional rules of conduct for lawyers and law firms.
Martin studied at the University of Mainz. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1996. From 2000 until 2007 he was the firm’s Managing Partner.
Martin is a certified labour law attorney. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group, the Company Pensions Working Group and the editorial panel of the Journal Fachanwalt Arbeitsrecht (The Certified Labour Law Attorney). He is also the secretary of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
