Moritz Holm-Hadulla advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. His practice focuses on merger control proceedings, antitrust investigations and representation in antitrust damages litigation. In addition, Moritz regularly assists in the design and implementation of antitrust compliance programs and in compliance due diligence in the context of transactions. A special focus of his practice is digitization as well as new technologies and media. He also heads the Gleiss Lutz sector group Digital Economy.
Moritz completed his studies and doctorate at the University of Heidelberg. Prior to working as a lawyer, he worked at the Institute for Comparative Law, the Conflict of Laws an International Business Law and at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. Moritz has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2015.
He is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law.
