A large part of his professional activity has been dedicated to civil and criminal litigation in the area of TMT and he is highly experienced in media and news media, namely in defence of the freedom of expression and of information, as well as in matters related to privacy, GDPR and Internet. In recent years, Martim has been handling issues and TMT related matters from Google, Procter&Gamble, Havas Group, Gameforge, JTI – Japan Tabaco International and has consolidated his expertise in privacy and data protection matters but he has always been associated to broader TMT issues and aspects related to technology, digital media and advertising.
