Our TMT team is widely recognized for representing companies in the media sector in the defence of intellectual and industrial property rights and in content protection. We also provide assistance in terms of regulation, both in relation to registration procedures of media entities with the competent authorities and in providing advice in relation to competition and media concentration matters. 

Due to the enormous amount of developments in the data protection & privacy field that go beyond boarders, CCA Law Firm created a specific International Data Protection & Privacy Department to assist clients on these matters. We support international and innovative companies, which allow us to better understand the needs of our clients. 

Our TMT Department has further given extensive legal advice to online companies applying for online gambling licenses when the market was opened last year. Nowadays CCA also renders legal services to other operators, and is without a doubt one of the references in the field of online gambling legal services.

In the fintech field, CCA Law Firm assisted a bank institution in the implementation of all major software/hardware agreements, negotiating all its terms with several bank suppliers.
