She has acted as counsel in high-value investment and commercial arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc. Her expertise includes acting under various procedural rules, such as ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, KIG as well as the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Olympic Committee, and international sports federations. Marta has successfully represented clients from various sectors, including finance, real estate, energy, railway, transportation, and sports. Her practice covers a range of civil liability disputes, M&A and shareholder disputes, joint venture disputes, finance disputes, class actions, contentious competition, private enforcement, and contentious regulatory matters. She also represents clients before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Financial Supervision Authority.
