Partner, head of the Warsaw litigation, arbitration and investigation practice. He has extensive experience in representing clients in arbitration proceedings and developing strategies for resolving commercial disputes. He has been involved in many high-profile international arbitrations, particularly those involving bilateral investment treaty disputes on both, state and investor side. He has acted as a counsel and an arbitrator under various rules. He is the author of various publications on commercial and arbitration law. In 2018–2025, he was the President of ICC Poland.
