Dr. Markus Krüger is a partner in the Corporate Department of the Frankfurt office and a core member of the Financial Institutions Industry Group. He joined the firm in November 2006 from another major international law firm. Markus specializes in complex mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and transactions in the financial industry. He also frequently advises clients in corporate restructurings and general corporate law matters and has significant expertise with bank regulatory and restructuring matters.
