Markus Kaiser's practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, including IP related litigation and contracts. He advises clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret and unfair competition law matters and has extensive experience in transactional IP, including licensing and technology transfer.

Career

Markus graduated from the University of Cambridge (LL.M.) in 2005 and from the University of St. Gallen (lic. iur.) in 2001. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2003.

Before joining TIMES Attorneys as a founding partner, Markus worked in the IP/IT practice groups of two leading law firms in Switzerland and as inhouse counsel at the Swiss copyright collecting society for producers, broadcasters and performing artists.
