She supports clients to identify and minimize risks, change business models and implement business decisions, execute pivotal licensing deals, create bespoke agreements in novel technology fields to maximize economic return, and protect trade secrets, trademarks, designs, copyrights and patents during their entire life cycle. Eva-Maria gained expertise in luxury goods, cosmetics and foods and beverages industries as well as in the healthcare sector, where she also supports on a whole host of regulatory issues relevant to the industry, with a particular focus on marketing and advertising.
