Mark specialises in UK securities law and mergers and acquisitions. Having advised banks and issuers (including non-English domiciled companies) on flotations and secondary issues (rights issues and open offers) both on AIM and the main market of the London Stock Exchange, Mark is also experienced in pre-IPO placings and other funding arrangements. Mark’s other areas of expertise include takeovers and mergers, acquisitions and disposals (public and private, and UK domestic and cross border), private equity, corporate restructurings, joint venture and shareholder agreements.
