She is also recommended by Legal 500. Kate’s practice focuses on: (i) domestic and cross-border M&A, acting for both listed and private companies based in the UK and overseas across a variety of sectors including insurance, healthcare, technology, media and real estate; and (ii) equity capital markets transactions, advising both issuers and investment banks on IPOs and secondary fundraisings on AIM and the main market. Recently, Kate advised Liberum Capital on the AIM IPO of Codemasters. She has also recently advised PIB Group on a number of M&A transactions involving the purchase of MGAs, brokers and underwriters.
