Mark Tanoury

Mark Tanoury's practice includes all areas of corporate, partnership and securities law, with a focus on the formation and financing of emerging growth companies and venture capital partnerships. He has served as lead counsel in a wide variety of public and private financings over the years and has been a speaker at numerous seminars on the topic.

Mark has been with Cooley since his legal career began in 1982. He served as chair of Cooley's business department from 1999 to 2002 and currently serves on the firm's compensation committee.

Mark has been recognized by Chambers USA as a national Band 1 leader for Startups & Emerging Companies and as a leader for Venture Capital in California.
