Mark T Bennett

Provides strategic and transactional advice to Canadian and international mining companies involved in negotiated business combinations, contested take-over bids, domestic and cross-border public equity and debt offerings, metal streaming and royalty financings, and stock exchange listings. Advises exploration, development, and producing natural resource companies on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and option agreements. Acts on transactions involving precious, base and critical metals mining projects around the globe. Advises boards and special committees on related-party transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance.  Mark is an adjunct professor at Western University Faculty of Law where he teaches Mining Law and Sustainability.
