Marjan Noor

Marjan is a partner in the IP group with over 25 years of experience in patent litigation in the life sciences sector. She graduated with a degree in Medical Sciences and Pharmacology before going on to study law. She speaks extensively on a range of patent and regulatory topics and is a lecturer on Oxford University’s IP Diploma course on the topic of ‘Supplementary Protection Certificates’.

Marjan is recognised in the Hall of Fame for Life Sciences and Healthcare (Legal 500 2026) and is a Leading Individual in Intellectual Property (Legal 500 2026). She is Band 1 in both Intellectual Property and Life Sciences IP/Patent Litigation (Chambers 2026), and is ranked Gold for litigation in IAM Patent 1000 2026. Marjan is also recognised as a Patent Star in Managing IP's 2026 rankings and is ranked as a Thought Leader on the Lexology Index (formerly Who's Who Legal) for IP and Healthcare and Life Sciences: Patent Litigation. She is further recognised as Outstanding in the Patents category by WIPR 2026.
