She regularly represents investment and commercial banks, alternative lenders and private credit providers, and private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a wide range of complex large-cap and middle-market transactions, both sponsored and non-sponsored / public, including leveraged cash flow and asset-based credits, acquisition financings, syndicated transactions, club and bilateral deals, unitranche loans, cross-border loans, recurring revenue loans, first / second lien and multitranche loans, refinancings, and dividend recapitalizations. Marisa also has significant experience in restructurings, intercreditor matters, and syndicated project financings.
Ms. Sotomayor is a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers.
