Mario Cedeño

Mario Cedeño is a Magna Cum Laude lawyer from the San Francisco University of Quito and an Associate of the Firm. He is part of the Areas of Intellectual Property, Innovation and Technology Transfer, Fintech and Medical Law. He focuses his practice on advising national and foreign companies, protecting their intangible assets and structuring commercial exploitation models for their technology.

He has participated in the legal structuring of crowdfunding companies, crypto assets and digital payment methods. Additionally, he has advised companies and professionals in processes related to the provision of medical services.

In his years of practice, Mario has advised entities such as AEI-Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, CEDIA-Ecuadorian Corporation for the Development of Research and Academia, and the Financial Cluster of Ecuador. He has participated in different processes of creating laws and public and private innovation policies.
