Andrés Narváez

Andrés Narváez is the Managing Partner at Spingarn, and he focuses his professional practice on the tax and corporate areas.

Tax area: handling of administrative challenge and reassessment processes, judicial processes for appeal, advisory on assessment processes, tax advisory, risk and contingency assessment, tax planning and tax efficiency instruments, application of doble taxation agreements, transfer pricing analysis.

Corporate area: business conversions, mergers, acquisitions, development of corporate governance strategies.

In the Banking area, Andrés has advised Banco Pichincha, Banco Diners Club and other financial entities in important processes where legal advice focused on Banking was required.

In his 20 years of professional experience, Andrés worked as Lawyer and Consultant for the Internal Revenue Services (Ecuador), and also as Manager for the International Tax Services Division at Ernst & Young. He currently serves as Consultant for some of the most important companies and holdings of Ecuador.
