María Victoria Genoni

Victoria is an Associate at TCA Taonira and a member of the M&A team. She is a lawyer graduated from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad de San Andrés. She has more than ten years of professional experience advising clients on M&A and corporate matters at leading law firms in Argentina.

At TCA Taonira, Victoria focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, due diligence processes and other corporate and transactional matters. Throughout her career, she has participated in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, advising both buyers and sellers across different industries. She also advises clients on general corporate matters, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. She regularly leads transactions throughout their various stages, from due diligence and transaction structuring to negotiation and execution, and coordinates the teams involved in each matter. Her practice combines strong transactional expertise with a practical and business-oriented approach, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide clear and effective legal advice throughout the transaction process.
