Juan Martín De la Vega

He graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He completed postgraduate studies in Contracts and International Litigation and in Commercial and Investment Arbitration at Universidad Austral, where he is currently pursuing an LL.M. with a focus on litigation and international arbitration.

He has extensive experience in handling and strategizing complex commercial litigation, especially those related to distribution contracts (including franchising, agency, concession, and distribution), class actions, commercial arbitration, and corporate disputes.

His practice focuses on comprehensive advisory services, from the initial stages of a dispute to the design of preventive structures, out-of-court negotiations, and representation before judicial courts and arbitration tribunals, both at the national and international levels.
