Maria has substantial advisory, litigation and transactional experience in all aspects of individual and collective employment law.
She advises on restructurings, voluntary exit schemes, TUPE, outsourcing, redundancies and company collective labour agreements. She also conducts due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Maria assists human resources, payroll and legal departments on the management of employment relationships, employment, secondment, services and senior executives’ agreements, termination and amicable separation agreements, internal work regulations and company policies. Maria also advises on disciplinary issues, equality, employee mobility including postings and secondments of EU/EEA and third country nationals, pensions, benefits and incentive schemes.
