Maria Guinot specialises in commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. A State Attorney (on leave of absence), she has over twenty years' extensive experience on all fields relating to public authorities and regulated sectors, with a strong focus on the financial services, real estate and energy sectors. In these fields she provides advisory assessment and also pre-litigation and litigation services in both public and commercial disputes, with expertise in investigations and independent expert procedures.
