María Eugenia Reyes is a highly experienced practitioner with extensive expertise in corporate, environmental, real estate, and sustainability matters, having +30 years of experience designing efficient asset holding structures, advising multinational and local companies on shareholder’s agreements, incorporation of entities, management of foreign investments, M&A and sanctions issues. She also has outstanding expertise in the design of corporate structures and wealth management for individuals and families.

Before joining Altum, María Eugenia was an international partner at BakerMcKenzie occupying various leadership and management positions at the local and regional levels.
