Career

Álvaro Posada has +30 years of expertise in banking, M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets, advising multinational companies in Venezuela and designing expansion strategies for local companies to operate abroad. He also has outstanding experience in cross-border M&A and financial transactions.

Before joining Altum, Álvaro was an international partner at BakerMcKenzie occupying management positions at local, regional, and global levels.
