María Andrea is a leading expert in arbitration and domestic dispute resolution, with a particular focus on disputes involving public entities. She has successfully represented clients in critical sectors, including oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and finance, effectively managing litigation before domestic administrative courts, judges, and arbitration tribunals. Her deep knowledge of public law and procedural law allows her to develop effective litigation strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Her experience as an Auxiliary Judge in Colombia’s Council of State, along with her roles as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Secretary of Arbitration Tribunals, and professor in these areas, has provided her with unique insights and exceptional expertise in managing litigation cases.

María Andrea is a member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law (ICDP), the Colombian Arbitration Committee, the Board of Directors of the College of Administrative Lawyers, and the Board of Directors of the Rosarista Bar Association.
