María Andrea is a leading expert in arbitration and domestic dispute resolution, with a particular focus on disputes involving public entities. She has successfully represented clients in critical sectors, including oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and finance, effectively managing litigation before domestic administrative courts, judges, and arbitration tribunals. Her deep knowledge of public law and procedural law allows her to develop effective litigation strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
