Joined the firm in 2007 and promoted to Partner in 2018.

Co-Head of Banking & Finance Department and co-leads the Capital Markets & Securities Regulation practice. Wide range of clients consisting of domestic and international banks, insurance and reinsurance companies and intermediaries, broker-dealer houses, financial advisors, investment funds, and other players of the financial and securities market sector.

Has also served as lead advisor in several public offerings in Panama and advises publicly traded clients on their regulatory obligations with respect to securities regulation compliance.
