Partner actively involved in logistics, port, oil, energy, tourism, agriculture a, real estate projects, among others.

Consistently distinguished as notable practitioner in the project development area. He's the "go to" attorney and has abundant experience in regulatory matters associated with the establishment and operation of oil free trade zone projects in Panama.

Regularly represents operators of major terminals in their daily operations, and main parties in the oil trade market. Has participated in drafting and discussionof sector regulations, and assists clients on development of major container ports, shipyards, and logistic park projects in Panama.

Led the ad-honorem team advising the Government with the enactment of the new Special Regime for Multinational Companies engaged in Manufacturing Activities. Also serves as general counsel for real estate large-scale commercial developers and residential projects.
