Regularly represents operators of major terminals in their daily operations, and main parties in the oil trade market. Has participated in drafting and discussionof sector regulations, and assists clients on development of major container ports, shipyards, and logistic park projects in Panama.
Led the ad-honorem team advising the Government with the enactment of the new Special Regime for Multinational Companies engaged in Manufacturing Activities. Also serves as general counsel for real estate large-scale commercial developers and residential projects.
