Marco, Partner in the Litigation department, is an experienced trusts litigator with a successful track record representing institutional and high net worth clients in a range of complicated, high-value disputes. Marco has a strong advisory practice acting for trustees, personal representatives and beneficiaries on all issues that may arise during the administration of trusts and estates. He regularly appears as lead counsel in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal and has appeared in many recent leading Bahamian trust and probate cases.
