Marc Ruttloff advises on public commercial law, in particular on issues of administrative law, constitutional law, European law, public liability, energy, automotive & mobility and other regulated industries. Another focus of his advice is on product liability and product safety law, all aspects of product compliance including current developments such as connectivity, data protection and artificial intelligence as well as sustainability transformation. Another focus advising on supply chain and ESG/CSR compliance. He is Head of the Public Law Practice Group and Co-Head of the ESG Practice and the Automotive & Mobility Industry Group.
