For over 20 years, he has represented life sciences and other healthcare companies and investors in public and private transactions, including securities offerings, joint ventures and M&A matters. He also has extensive experience advising public companies boards of directors and management teams regarding Securities and Exchange Commission periodic disclosure, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance and Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange rules.

While at Boston College Law School, Marc was the articles editor of the Third World Law Journal.
