Marc Williams is the managing partner of Nelson Mullins' West Virginia office and is a team leader for more than 25 lawyers in 9 offices. He handles complex cases nationally in an array of areas and has had first chair responsibility for more than 125 jury trials and appeals in state and federal courts throughout his career. He has served as President of three national legal organizations: DRI, Lawyers for Civil Justice, and the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America in 11 categories, and has been awarded Lawyer of the Year in seven areas.
