Marc-André Boutin

Marc-André specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, including a wide range of commercial, real estate, construction, supply chain and product liability disputes. His practice also extends to administrative law, including contentious public procurement and environmental litigation. With extensive experience in the aerospace sector, Marc-André is a trusted advisor on the interpretation and termination of a wide range of contracts. He also has significant experience in mediation and arbitration, including acting before the ICC International Court of Arbitration. In addition to his legal skills, Marc-André is known for his charismatic presence and his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes with ease. His strategic thinking and persuasive advocacy make him a formidable adversary. An active member of his community, he serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, where he combines his passion for music with his leadership skills.
