Mr. Khan maintains a broad-based general practice, with an emphasis on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, anti-trust, banking and finance, employment, joint ventures, agencies and distributorship.

He also specializes in dispute resolution, domestic and international taxation, intellectual property, labor and employment, public procurement, telecommunications, and energy, mining, oil, and gas.

Mansoor Khan has represented in Pakistan some of the largest international corporations including General Electric (GE), Motorola, Boeing, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Caterpillar, Baker Hughes, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Exterran, Toyota, Mitsui, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance, Deutsche Bank, Thales and Etisalat.

Career

Mansoor Khan is enrolled as an advocate of the High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He earned his B.A. and LL.B. from Punjab University and L.L.M. degrees from University of London and Harvard Law School.

He also worked as an associate for the New York office of a premiere American law firm. Additionally, he has interned in the legal department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington D.C., a firm of solicitors in London, as well as the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) in Geneva.
