Maira Cristina Santos Madeira

Maira is the partner specializes in Tax Law, with experience in judicial and administrative tax litigation, including tax inspections by Federal, States and Municipalities Governments. She has frequently appeared before the tax courts of appeals, as well as the administrative courts of appeals, as at state level as at federal one. She also provides tax advice through legal opinions, and handles buy/sell side due diligence.
