Fernanda is the partner responsible for Labor Law. She has extensive experience in Individual and Collective Labor Law and focuses mainly on labor advisory work and handling administrative proceedings with the Labor Prosecutor’s Office. Fernanda works expediently and proactively, being recognized for her specialization in negotiating Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs), as well as for handling union negotiations and strategic labor claims on behalf of clients. She gives regular training courses to meet clients’ specific needs, in particular relating to changes to the law due to recent Labor Law Reform.
