Gustavo is the partner in charge of the tax practice, and works in the litigation and advisory areas. He has vast experience in Tax Law claims, in the judicial and administrative spheres, advises clients on preventing and defending tax assessments, and drafts legal opinions and consultations. He also handles tax issues in M&A transactions, ensuring that the companies involved have the most efficient tax structures.
