As a restructuring and financing specialist, Magnus advises creditors and debtors on restructuring and debt financing, including bank and bond financing. ​

On the restructuring side, Magnus has lead the firm’s work on several high-profile, complex cross-border processes over recent years, involving in and out of court processes, Norwegian and international. The restructurings regularly involve intricate structures and complex stakeholder constellations and cover a range of industry sectors, including renewable energy, shipping, offshore, telecom and technology companies. ​

On the debt side, Magnus has broad experience with cross-border bank and bond financing structures within a range of different industry sectors, including telecom, renewable energy, NPL, shipping and offshore. ​

Magnus has previously worked as an in-house legal advisor in DNB Bank ASA’s department of shipping and offshore on a secondment lasting two years where he amongst other things worked on financing and restructuring within shipping, offshore and aviation.
