We offer extensive experience of insolvency processes in Norway, the US, the UK, Singapore and elsewhere. Whatever the situation, we aim to achieve the best possible settlement for our clients, ideally without resort to formal proceedings. However we also work closely with our dispute resolution group when cases turn contentious. 

Known as a ‘go to’ firm for major lenders in the largest international transactions, we are a core counsel for some of the most active banks in Norway. We are also notable as Norway’s number one bondholder firm through our work for the Nordic Trustee ASA, as well as a number of investment banks. Consequently we have a key role in every major bond default that takes place in Norway.
