Mafalda has built an impressive track record advising Portuguese companies, including several unicorns, through critical funding rounds and strategic acquisitions. She also provides specialized counsel to venture capital funds and private equity investors on M&A deals.

Her distinctive expertise extends to search fund matters, where she handles everything from incorporation to operational and regulatory challenges.

Beyond transaction work, Mafalda is deeply involved in her clients' day-to-day operations, providing strategic guidance to investors, founders, and management teams.
