Career

Lyliana advises on competition, consumer, administrative, and regulatory issues and has experience in the public and private sectors.

She actively intervenes in the acquittal of advertising inquiries, implementation of compliance programs, and sponsorships in administrative proceedings for unfair competition and consumer protection carried out before Indecopi. Likewise, she has developed final instruction reports and drafted final resolutions during her time working in the authority.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Lyliana practiced at a boutique firm of Competition Lawyers and at the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) of Peru.
