Luis joined DIKEI Abogados in 2002 and is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and TMT practice. He holds a Law Degree from Autonomous University of Madrid (2000) and completed the Advanced Programme in Legal Practice at IE Business School (2000–2001).
He specialises in information and entertainment law, with particular expertise in the audiovisual, media and communications sectors. Luis has extensive litigation experience in matters involving the protection of fundamental rights, intellectual property and contractual liability.
He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2001 and is also a member of the Asociación Profesional Española de Privacidad (APEP) and the Asociación Española de Derecho del Entretenimiento (DENAE).
In addition to his legal practice, Luis is a member of the Advisory Board of the Anuario Contencioso published by LA LEY. He regularly collaborates as a lecturer and speaker in postgraduate programmes and legal conferences and contributes frequently to legal publications.
