Career

Luiz Felipe Bulus is a partner at Eduardo Ferrão Advogados since 2003, coordinating the Tax, Administrative, Civil, Regulatory, Corporate, Port, and Sports Law departments. He has served as a State Attorney for the Federal District since 1999,currently in the Strategic Division for Fiscal and Tax Litigation.

In Sports Law, he is a Full Member of the Superior Sports Justice Tribunal and Director of the National School of Sports Justice, nominated by Série A clubs for the 2024–2028 term.

From 1994 to 1999, he worked at the Superior Court of Justice as a Judicial Technician, including three years as Legal Adviser to the Vice President, assessing the admissibility of extraordinary appeals.

Personal

Luiz Felipe Bulus holds a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from ICAT–UDF. Between 2014 and 2020, he also pursued studies in Philosophy and Psychoanalysis at a private institution in Brasília (Logos).
