Career
Eduardo Antônio Lucho Ferrão has been practicing law since 1990 in the federal capital of Brazil, acting in the Superior Courts. He was a legal advisor to the Constituent Assembly responsible for drafting the Federal Constitution of 1988, in addition to being a member of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the state of Rio Grande do Sul for 14 years, when he obtained all promotions by merit criteria. Graduated in law from the Federal University of Santa Maria (RS) in 1975, he was also a full professor at the University of Cruz Alta and at the Superior School of the Public Ministry (RS), besides being a member of the Commission of Diffuse Rights of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Currently, he is a member of the Commission of Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Council of the OAB and the Superior Council of Legal Affairs of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP).
