Luis Felipe Aguilar Rico

Luis F. Aguilar is the head of the International Trade practice at Aguilar & Loera. With over 30 years of practice in complex trade and customs matters, he continues to actively advise clients on a wide variety of legal matters relating to (i) international trade, (ii) customs, (iii) investment arbitration, and (iv) trade regulatory matters. Mr. Aguilar also sits on the Board of multiple companies, and he is frequently invited to speak on different forums on investment, trade and customs matters. Mr. Aguilar served as Panelist in 3 NAFTA trade disputes between Mexico and the U.S.A.
