Fiamma Rizzo is a Partner at Aguilar & Loera, expert in trade, customs matters and cross-border regulation including export compliance, export controls and strategies on import and export regimes. Her expertise includes antidumping investigations (mostly representing exporters); she also has extensive experience on rules of origin (USMCA’s and other Mexico’s FTAs) including counseling on and assisting during (i) origin verifications and (ii) foreign trade/customs audits.
